We're proud to share this natural process Tabi varietal from our friends Tio Conejo in Manizales, Colombia. This coffee is the perfect launch to our relationship coffee program, as it highlights the hard work and creativity of some of our favorite people! We roasted this coffee on the lighter side to bring out the juicy sweetness in the beans. It is a very clean natural process coffee that creates an exceptional cold brew or pour-over.
